Jeremiah David Bailleu is one of the managing partners at the David Ivy Group. A Grapevine Texas native, he received a business marketing degree from the University of North Texas. Upon graduating he started out in advertising and then made the transition into a short career in medical devide sales. His passion for advertising and sales drove him into real estate where he teamed up with Nichola Kouzes, a long time friend to form The David Ivy Group. Combining exceptional real estate market knowledge and the strategy and attention you can only get from a boutique real estate brokerage. He believes that to be successful in real estate, you have to treat every single client like it is the most important transaction of your life, because it is likely most important transaction of theirs. Outside of real estate, Jeremiah and his fiance Brooke enjoy traveling and spending time with their dog Kayo.
